Before your visit, please take a moment to read through our policies and procedures.

Adhering to what we have in place will ensure you get the most out of your time with us.

First-time guests and guests who have not visited in 6 months – Please make sure to fill out the new guests forms in advance of your service, or you must arrive 15 minutes early to fill them out in the spa.  There will be forms you’ll need to complete prior to treatment.

AFS invites you to arrive to your scheduled reservation in advance. We have a tranquil relaxation room where guests may enjoy a beverage and disconnect from the busy world.

Interested in financing?

If you would like to finance your treatments with us, click the link below to apply for Care Credit. We gladly accept Care Credit as a form of payment for all MedSpa and Spa services.

They are currently offering 6 months with no interest.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

A cancellation fee of $59 will be assessed for ANY reservation that is canceled inside of 48-hours, unless we are able to fill your spot with another guest. If you are unable to make your appointment you may send another guest in your place.

By securing a reservation on our schedule and providing your credit card, you are authorizing Absolutely Fabulous Inc. to charge the card on file in the amount of $59 for each scheduled appointment.

Members will receive one late cancel per year.

Our Schedule

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit or debit card to uphold our cancellation/rescheduling policy. No hold fees are charged unless the cancellation policy is violated.


No Show Policy

No call/no show appointments will be charged the full amount of the service booked. No exceptions are given.

Members will be charge $59 for a No-Show


Late Arrivals

Late arrivals will receive the best possible service in the remaining time allotted for their service.

  • Late arrivals more than 10-minutes late for a 30-minute appointment, 20 minutes late for a 60- minute service, and 40- minutes late for a 90- minute service will be asked to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee.

    Any late arrival that is still seen for their services is responsible for the fully booked time.


Refunds

Services: Refunds are not provided on services rendered.  If you are unhappy with a service you received, please contact us directly and we’ll work with you to come up with a resolution. 

Products: If you purchase one of our products and you’re unhappy with it, you may return it for a full refund as long as the product is at least 2/3 full and it is within 14 days of purchase.

Gift Cards: AFS does not allow the return of gift cards.

Pre-paid services/packages are non-refundable; however, they are transferable to other services/products/people.


Promotional Pricing

Promotional prices cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion and cannot be purchased or redeemed using a gift card. Membership payments may be applied, but no other discount will be given.

Spa Finder and Spa Wish gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any promotions or discounts.


In order to ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all guests, we ask that parents or guardians do not bring children not receiving services to the spa.  A rescheduling fee will apply if a child is brought to spa appointments.

If you bring a guest over the age of 18, they are not permitted in our treatment rooms but may wait in the relaxation room for you. However, we do ask that guests refrain from electronic devices that may distract other patrons.

AFS performs facial services on children 11 and above. A signed parental consent is required for children under the age of 18 receiving any spa services.

Health & Wellness

If you are sick or have recently been sick, please reschedule your appointment following our cancellation policy guidelines.

If you have a special health condition, please notify us upon making your appointment, and be sure to also communicate with your skin care professional prior to treatment.   We will happily accommodate the treatment(s) to meet your needs.

Please note that pregnant women or individuals with high blood pressure should avoid body wrap treatments. And as always, if you have any health questions or concerns about a spa treatment, please consult with your physician prior to your appointment.


Cell Phones

In order to keep a tranquill and relaxing environment, we ask that all cell phones be turned to silent prior to entering the spa.

Additional FAQs

  • While we always try to accommodate walk-ins, we do recommend you make a reservation to guarantee an appointment at the time that you wish. Appointments are subject to availability and we’re often much busier on the weekends. We’re also happy to take group reservations, but we suggest giving us a call several weeks in advance to ensure your desired time is available.

  • We provide everything you need to relax and enjoy your spa experience. We’ll give you complimentary water or champagne for those of age. If you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Guest Relations team.

  • Most guests choose to leave 15-20% gratuity for spa treatments, but it’s entirely up to you. Though cash gratuity is preferred, it can easily be added to your credit card. If you have any additional questions regarding gratuity, please don’t hesitate to ask our spa concierge for guidance.

    MED services are typically higher in price and the percentage model is not always appropriate.

Gift Card FAQs

  • A purple gift card is a re-loadable gift card that has been purchased in exchange for a monetary value. This expires 5 years after purchase.

    A pink gift card is for promotional use only and is subject to our promotional gift card policy; these have an expiration of 6 months. You may not use a pink card with any other promotion or offer, and they are good for full-price services only. These promo cards do not hold a cash value. ALL PINK GIFT CARDS ARE NOW EXPIRED

    A paper gift certificate purchased with money by a person in exchange for a monetary value holds the same as a gift certificate unless an expiration date is clearly and conspicuously stated at the time of purchase.

    A service or package voucher is good for that one service or package of services and does not carry a monetary value. The package or service voucher will expire within one year or as clearly stated on the voucher. Vouchers must be present at the time of redemption.

  • We understand that things are often misplaced; however, Absolutely Fabulous Spa cannot replace lost or stolen cards. All cards/vouchers must be present at the time of redemption.

  • YES! We accept Spa Finder, Spa Wish, and Spa Week. Happy gift cards must first be redeemed for Spa Finder gift cards.

    We do need to know if you are planning on using this type of gift card and you will need to present the cards upon arrival at the spa.

  • Gift cards and pre-paid services are non-refundable.
