PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
In order to provide all of our guests with an amazing spa experience, we ask that you please review all of our policies especially our cancellation policy.
Next, all First Time Guests and guests who have not visited in 6-months will need to fill out paperwork, so we ask that you arrive at least 10-minutes early to complete those forms.
We understand that COVID-19 is a continuous concern for our community and not everyone has the same opinions and beliefs; however, we ask that each person visiting our spa respect other visitors.
Here are our current COVID policies:
We are having all employees wear masks; however, we do not require masks for our guests.
We do ask that all guests be courteous to those who choose to wear a mask and respect social distancing when in the relaxation room and checking out.
We are not able to confirm or deny if any member of our team has received the COVID-19 vaccine. Any concerns about this should be addressed prior to your appointment and in accordance with our cancellation policy.
We are constantly cleaning and sanitizing our facilities.
Should you be exposed to anyone with a lab-confirmed case of COVID-19 or experience symptoms of COVID-19 we ask that you stay home and call us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
