Appointments

DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

While we always try to accommodate walk ins, we do recommend you make a reservation to guarantee an appointment at the time that you wish. Appointments are subject to availability and we’re often much busier on the weekends. We’re also happy to take group reservations, but we suggest giving us a call several weeks in advance to ensure you get exactly what you’d like

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment and ensure all paperwork in completed. Late arrivals will get the best available service in the time remaining, should there not be any time to perform the service you will need to reschedule and will be charged the late cancellation fee. See the cancellation policy for further details.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

We understand life happens and you may need to cancel last minute; however, our therapist time is valuable and we ask that you give us 24-hours notice prior to have the best chance of filling your appointment with another guest. See cancellation policy below for full details.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

We provide everything you need to relax and enjoy your spa experience. We’ll give you a complimentary spa water or your choice of wine. If you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our spa coordinator. (Due to COVID-19 beverage service is unavailable.)

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR DURING MY MASSAGE?

It’s completely a matter of personal preference. Many guests choose to disrobe completely, whereas others prefer to leave their undergarments on. Either way, our massage therapists are professionally trained to keep your body entirely covered throughout the massage—aside from the area being worked on—to ensure your privacy.

WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITION OR NEED?

Please notify us upon making your appointment and be sure to also communicate with your massage therapist or technician prior to treatment, if you have any medical conditions he or she should know about. We will happily accommodate the treatment(s) to meet your needs. Please note that pregnant women or individuals with high blood pressure should avoid body wrap treatments. And as always, if you have any health questions or concerns about a spa treatment, please consult with your physician prior to your appointment.

I'M PREGNANT. WHAT SERVICES CAN I ENJOY?

Our spa offers many services that are both safe and relaxing for expecting mothers. A spa coordinator will be happy to assist you in picking out the perfect treatment(s). Massages are not available in 1st trimester.

WHAT IS CUSTOMARY WHEN IT COMES TO TIPPING?

Most guests choose to leave 20% gratuity for spa treatments, but it’s entirely up to you. Though cash gratuity is preferred, it can easily be added to your credit card. If you have any additional questions regarding gratuity, please don’t hesitate to ask our spa concierge for guidance. 

WHAT IF I'M UNCOMFORTABLE DURING MY TREATMENT?

If anything at all interferes with your comfort during your treatment, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Whether it’s the temperature of the room, the pressure of the massage, or absolutely anything else, our team is here to cater entirely to you and we want to ensure you have the best spa experience imaginable.

Children in the Spa

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SPA WHILE I'M RECEIVING A SERVICE?

No, In order to ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all guests, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services. Signed parental consent is required for children under the age of 18 receiving any spa services. 

CAN I BRING MY MINOR CHILD INTO THE SPA TO HAVE A SERVICE? DO I HAVE TO STAY WITH THEM?

We love that you want to teach your children how to care for their skin and develop good habits at an early age. That being said, we typically begin seeing our youngest guests at the age of 12; however, if you have a special request please feel free to reach out. We ask that a parent or guardian remain in the spa with all minors under the age of 16. After 16 we just ask that you fill out the forms with them and giver your consent in writing.  

Gift Cards & Promotions

DO YOU SELL GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Absolutely Fabulous Spa gift certificates are available for any amount and are redeemable for spa services and products (unless noted). You can purchase gift cards online, by phone 469-731-1046, or at our Frisco location. Gift cards purchased online over the price of $250 will need to send a picture of their credit card and ID to info@absolutelyfabspa.com

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN A PURPLE GIFT CARD, A PINK GIFT CARD, A PAPER VOUCHER, AND SERVICE/PACKAGE VOUCHER?

  • A purple gift card is a re-loadable gift card that has been purchased in exchange for a monetary value. This expires 5 years after purchase.

  • A pink gift card is for promotional use only and is subject to our promotional gift card policy; these have an expiration of 6 months. You may not use a pink card with any other promotion or offer, and they are good for full price services. These promo cards do not hold a cash value and must be redeemed in one visit. 

  • A paper gift certificate purchased with money by a person in exchange for a monetary value holds the same as a gift certificate, unless an expiration date is clearly and conspicuously stated at the time of purchase.

  • A service or package voucher is good for that one service or package of services and does not carry a monetary value. The package or service voucher will expire within one year or as clearly stated on the voucher. Vouchers must be present at the time of redemption.

WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND MY GIFT CERTIFICATE/ VOUCHER OR PROMO CARD?

We understand that things are often misplaced; however, Absolutely Fabulous Spa cannot replace lost or stolen cards. All cards/vouchers must be present at the time of redemption.

CAN I PURCHASE ANY AMOUNT IN A GIFT CARD ONLINE?

Yes, you may purchase any amount, but for all gift cards over the amount of $250 we will require you to send in a photo ID and a picture of the card you are using for the purchase. Any gift card that receives a chargeback will become immediately void.
